Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items are clearly marked and cannot be returned for refund or for store credit.
Return Process

- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Costs
- Returning items is at your own expense. Phinora Luxe is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Store Credit
- All valid returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
- Damaged or defective items will be exchanged if they are in stock.
- All store credits and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours after the return has been completed.
